Charging times vary by model. Standard chargers typically take 6 to 12 hours for a full charge. Using a fast charger can reduce this time by up to 50%.
Do you offer a warranty on your electric scooters?
Yes, all ZERO scooters come with a 12-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects on the frame, motor, and battery. Consumable parts like tires and brake pads are not covered.
Are ZERO scooters water-resistant?
Our scooters have an IP54 water-resistance rating, meaning they are protected against light rain and splashes. However, they are not waterproof and should not be submerged or ridden in heavy downpours.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We offer a 14-day return policy for unused scooters in their original packaging. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
